U.S. First Circuit Court appears skeptical of government arguments in CEDC lawsuit
The three-judge panel questions the federal government’s assertion that no one without a final removal order has been harmed by IRS-ICE information sharing. “The harm is the disclosure of the information,” the chief judge said.
